Ordering and My Account
Do I need to create an account to place an order?
To place an order online you will need to register, it's free, quick and easy. The benefits from creating an account is that you do not have to enter all your details each time you visit our website to place an order, you can check on the progress of your order and you will be able to add additional delivery address e.g. work, home etc. and you can view your order history. In addition, you can access extended website features, including downloading our hex based rules!
How do I create an account?
You can create an account any time by clicking on the 'login/Register' link at the top of the page. and complete the form. Once registered please click on the link 'Register/Login' on the top menu of the page to then 'Login' to your account using the email address you registered and your password. If you forget your password, just click the 'Forgotten Password' link and an email will be sent so you can reset your password. Alternatively you can add items to your basket then click on the 'My Basket' link and then the 'Go to Checkout' button on the Basket page. As a New Customer you will be asked to register, click on the link to 'Register/Login'
How can I pay for my order?
We accept PayPal and most credit/debit card payments. We can process your card details over the telephone if you prefer.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, we have a minimum order of £10.
Can I view my order?
You can view and review your order status by logging onto your Kallistra online account.
Can I collect my order from one of the Wargames Shows you attend?
Yes you can! Please place you 'show collection' order at least 5 days in advance of the show date, to allow plenty of time to prepare and pack your order ready for you to collect at your convenience.
Product Information
Are all your metal miniatures cast in Lead Free pewter?
Yes, all our metal miniatures are cast to the highest standards using Lead Free Pewter here in Nottinghamshire, UK. Unless otherwise stated, our models are supplied unpainted and some may need assembly. Kallistra's miniatures contain small parts and are not suitable for young children.

Do you have any discounts?
There is a special Hexon discount - Buy 3 or more boxes of Hexon and receive £5 off per box online or at shows! This discount is applied as you proceed through the online shop.
Delivery Information
How will my order be delivered?
Orders under 2kg are usually dispatched with the Royal Mail Standard delivery service, UK customers should expect to receive their order within 2-4 days after dispatch - European customers within 10 days; USA, Canada and the Rest of the World within 30 days, although most orders are received within 14 days.
The Royal Mail Standard Service is not a trackable service - should you require tracking of your order please use the Tracked delivery service.
Orders over 2kg or oversized parcels* are dispatched by the most economic means, usually by courier.
(* The largest 'small packet rate parcel' sent using Royal Mail is 610mm x 460mm x 460mm, packages over this are classified as an 'Oversized' parcel and will be dispatched by the most economic means.)
If your order is dispatched by courier, your order tracking information can be found on your account.
Other Frequently Asked Questions
Do you have a retail outlet?
We do not have a retail outlet. However, we do attend several UK wargames shows through out the year where you can see our products' in the flesh'. Due to our ever expanding ranges, and space constraints at show venues, it is not always possible to carry the full range of our products to shows. So please, to avoid disappointment, place your specific order requirements in advance, so we can bring it along for you to collect at your convenience from the Kallistra trade stand.
Is it safe to shop online?
Our website uses best practice for our web security - you will see our URL will start with 'https', this means that the encrypted hypertext transfer protocol is transferred over a secure connection. However, as no data transmissions over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us and you do so at your own risk.
